You may use this page to request for an increase in your e-mail space. You are allowed to increase your mailbox space in increments of 2MB to a maximum of 10MB. This will automatically send your request to our Customer Care Center for their attention. Your default mailbox size is 2MB. Should you wish to increase your mailbox space, the increase is in increments of 2MB.

This form is for users with email addresses like "userid@prime.net.ph".

(Business Class users with email addresses like "userid@yourcompany.com.ph", please request change of access type through your account executive or via fax).

Increase E-mail Space

3. Increase by this size :
  1. There is a monthly fee of PhP200 VAT - exclusive for every 2MB of e-mail space.
  2. E-mail space can only be incremented by 2MB.
  3. Requests for increase of mailbox space will be activated within 24 hours or on the date you requested. Processing of this request is only done during office hours, Mondays through Fridays, 9AM to 6PM.
  4. Please wait for a confirmation e-mail from our Customer Care Center if your e-mail space has been increased.
  5. Charges will be reflected in your billing statement.
