You may use this page to request for a decrease
in your e-mail space. You are allowed to
decrease your mailbox space in increments
of 2MB, to a minimum of 2MB (the default
e-mail space). This will automatically send
your request to our Customer Care Center
for their attention.
This
form is for users with email addresses like
"userid@pacific.net.ph".

please request change of access type through
your account executive or via fax).
