Center for their attention and
action, as necessary.
Change
Passwords
Please choose this option if
you wish to change your passwords.
For your own security, it is
best to change password regularly
and make use of hard to guess
passwords. The security of your
password is your responsibility;
please treat like you would
your ATM PIN number. You have
three passwords: for login,
email and your home page. Although
these are initially set to be
the same (the default password
assigned to you), changing one
password will not change
the others.

User-ID
Please choose this option if
you wish to change your User-ID,
which is the first part of your
email address (before the '@'
sign), to something else. Please
note that there may be no duplication
of User-ID within our system
and your choice is subject to
the availability.

Subscription Package
Please choose this option if
you wish to change your subscription
package to increase or decrease
your alloted free hours in a
month.

Information
It is important to keep your
information updated to avoid
undelivered Statement of Accounts
or in case we need to get in
touch with you.

you want to temporarily suspend
your Pacific Internet account
when you are going on vacation
abroad.
