ACCOUNT CHANGES

Use this subsite to manage your account, like change your login password, change your User-ID, change your subscription package, even update your information. Your request will be automatically received by our Customer Care Center for their attention and action, as necessary.

Change Passwords

Choose this option if you wish to change your password. For your own security, it is best to change password regularly and make use of hard to guess passwords. The security of your password is your responsibility; please treat it like you would your ATM PIN. You have three passwords: for login, email and your home page. Although these are initially set to be the same (the default password assigned to you), changing one password will not change the others.

Change User-ID

Choose this option if you wish to change your User-ID, which is the first part of your email address (before the '@' sign). Please note that there may be no duplication of User-ID within our system and your choice is subject to the availability.

Change Subscription Package

Choose this option if you wish to change your subscription package to increase or decrease your allotted free hours in a month.

Update Information
It is important to keep your information updated to avoid undelivered Statement of Accounts. Updated information is likewise necessary in case we need to get in touch with you.

Account Suspension
Choose this option if you want to temporarily suspend your Prime Communications account when you are going on vacation abroad.

Account Termination
Choose this option if you want to terminate your Prime Communications account. Please note that we reserve the right to require a written confirmation of your termination.
